1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) outline the use of services provided by Visae.co (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By availing our services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Services Provided
Visae.co offers consultancy and facilitation services, including immigration guidance, job search assistance, and related support. We act solely as advisors and facilitators, helping clients with documentation, process navigation, and employment search strategies.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate and truthful information at all times.
Clients are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations during the immigration and job search process.
Clients must adhere to timelines, provide requested documentation promptly, and maintain clear communication throughout the process.
4. Payment Terms
All service fees are payable in full upon signing the agreement, unless otherwise agreed under a specific payment plan.
Payments should be made using the methods mentioned in the issued invoice.
Once services have commenced, fees are non-refundable except as per the Refund Policy stated below.
5. Refund Policy
- Rejection-Based Refunds: Refunds are applicable only in cases of rejection from the relevant immigration or government authority.
- Proportional Refunds: The refund amount will be calculated proportionally, depending on the stage of the process at which the rejection occurred.
- Exclusions: Refunds will not be granted for withdrawals, personal reasons, non-compliance, or delays beyond our control. Our fees cover consultancy and facilitation services only.
- No Guarantee: Visae.co does not guarantee visa approval or job placement, as these are determined by third-party authorities.
- Client Acknowledgment: By engaging our services, clients agree and accept the refund policy as the complete scope of our liability regarding refunds.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with a written notice of 30 days.
If the client terminates the agreement, fees already paid will not be refunded.
Visae.co reserves the right to terminate the agreement immediately if the client provides false information or fails to comply with these terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
Visae.co shall not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid by the client for services rendered.
Visae.co does not guarantee visa approval or job placement, as final decisions rest with third-party authorities.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
Visae.co is committed to safeguarding client data and will use personal information solely for the provision of services.
Information will not be shared with third parties without consent, unless required by law.
10. Amendments to Terms
Visae.co reserves the right to update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after updates implies acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be addressed through mediation or arbitration in accordance with UAE law, prior to pursuing legal remedies.
12. Defamation Policy
Prohibition: Clients must refrain from making defamatory statements, false claims, or negative public remarks against Visae.co, its staff, or services.
Consequences: Defamation may lead to immediate service termination, forfeiture of fees, and legal action for damages.
Resolution: Any concerns or complaints should be communicated directly with the Company in a professional and private manner.
